We not only maintain personal contacts with our customers but we also put a personal touch into the services we provide. This has gained us the respect and loyalty of our customers.
We offer all our customers one – or two-day Training Seminars.
During these Seminars we provide our customer’s employees with all kinds of useful information about coffee, dosage, equipment care and the best way coffee should be served, etc.
In addition to our strict internal quality control procedures, we conduct customer quality control as well. We visit our customers at least every two months.
We try to deliver our orders the same day if the order is placed before 11 AM. Otherwise the others are delivered the next day.
We also assist our customers in setting a Coffee menu for their restaurants.
Our Technical Department has a well-equipped parts department. We also offer Technical Service to our customers after working hours and in the weekends.
We are the only company in Aruba that specializes only in Coffees, Teas and Espresso machines.
We offer our customers a complete Coffee Package with sugar sticks, cookies, pc milk cups, hot cups and more.
